Lost and Found

We will make every effort to keep patient’s personal items safe, but we cannot be responsible for lost items.  Although it would be best to leave valuable items at home, there is a safe available in which to lock those items when needed.  If you realize an item is lost before you leave the hospital, please give a staff member a description of the item and ask them to contact the department which stores our Lost and Found items.  If you have already left the hospital, please call (802) 524-8499 for assistance.
