Gifts, Flowers and Balloons

The NMC Gift Gallery

Greeting cards, gifts, local newspapers, fresh flower arrangements, and much more can be purchased through The Gift Gallery, which is located directly off the main lobby of the hospital, and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Gift Gallery is run by the NMC Auxiliary and staffed by volunteers. Can't make it in to visit the shop in person? You can buy selected gifts and flowersby phone during regular business hours, and a member of our Concierge Team will personally deliver your gift directly to a patient’s room. To place an order, please call (802) 524-5911 during regular business hours, ask to be connected to the Gift Shop, and a volunteer can assist you.

Online Greeting Cards

Flowers

Patients are allowed to have fresh flowers in their rooms (even if they are in the Intensive Care Unit) unless there is a known allergy. Our hospital gift shop, which is located in the front Lobby of the hospital, also has a small selection of flowers for purchase. Any deliveries to the Hospital by a florist will be brought to patients by the Concierge or nursing staff. Our Concierge will be pleased to help in the care of flowers or plants during a patient’s stay with us.

Balloons

We welcome you to bring Mylar balloons to our patients to help them celebrate a new birth or offer get well or happy birthday wishes; however, latex balloons are not allowed in our hospital, and at many other hospitals, because of latex allergies.
